A subscriber, Sprachers, asked what I typically spend on groceries each week. So I took out my camera as I unpacked my shopping bags from my latest trip to the grocery store. I spent a little more than normal this time since I bought some toiletries that aren't weekly purchases. I usually spend about 3000yen to 4000yen per visit and I go to the grocery store twice a week normally. I try to limit the amount I eat out to once or twice a week. So mostly I cook easy, easy meals for one at home, but as you can see I also cheat and just heat up pre-made food sometimes. Enjoy! And thanks to Sprachers for the question/request. -Jason
