Blowing for the grade crossings in 6059
Description:
Here we are on New Jersey Transit Train 5746, the Raritan Valley Line local to Newark-Penn Station, as we travel between Bound Brook and Dunellen. Between these two stations, there are two grade crossings; Cedar Avenue and Mountain Avenue. We start blowing due to track workers, and then blow for the grade crossings. I am not in the cab, but the engineer had left the door open, so it was fair game. We are in Comet V cab car 6059, which has a great sounding horn.
