While at Mission Point, I saluted the freighter Ojibway on my Grover air horns mounted on the deck of my vintage Crestliner. The captain came out of the pilothouse waving and returned my salute.

Great Lakes Steamship Calumet
The 603 foot, 5800 ton steamer hauled iron ore around the Great Lakes for 78 years. It was reported to be scrapped/recycled after hitting a concrete wall in Cleveland in Nov. 07. Reports of its demise seem to have been overstated. Taped today in Holland, MI on Lake Macatawa, just after delivering coal to the city owned power plant.
