BUDHIST CHI KUNG ENERGY WORKOUT

Title:
BUDHIST CHI KUNG ENERGY WORKOUT

Description:
BUDHIST CHI KUNG ENERGY WORKOUT by H.E. Lama Tara Tulku Drimed Drolkhar Rinpoche is VISUAL DHARMA of BUDDHIST WHOLESOME MEDICINE. All Visual Dharmas are empowered with the Sound of Dharmata (tib. Chö nyid kyi rang dra) and must be treated with respect as all Buddhist religious texts. To EMBED & SPONSOR Visual Dharmas brings great positive energy to the place and beings through performing 1. enlightened activity as taught by the Buddhas. This Energy workout was developed over the period of few years as part of Buddhist Wholesome Medicine programe of Buddha Dharma-OBF International. The term CHI KUNG is of Chinese origin. It is practiced as inner martial arts at Shaolin monastery in China. We understand Chi Kung as luminous energy of Shunyata/Emptiness. Few years ago when Shaolin monks made first very impressive performance in Austria I had clairvoyant dream about the youngest monk who was a child about 5-6 years old. He is a Tulku or Nirmanakaya! On the Vajrayana / Diamond path of Buddhism working with one´s Energy becomes increasingly important when one is proceding from the practice of outer tantras (Kriya,Charya and Yogatantra) toward inner tantras (Mahayoga, Anuyoga, Atiyoga) as explained in Nyingma Vajrayana Buddhism. Buddhist meditator practicing outer tantras see/invoke his/her meditational deity (tib. yidam) in front or above oneself. Buddhist meditator practicing inner tantras see oneself as meditational deity after receiving successful initiation (tib. wang) from a qualifed Buddhist master who has the blessings of the Lineage. In this Visual Dharma we see meditational deity White Arya Tara connected with Buddhist Healing. She is one of three yidams of Long life together with Buddha Amitayus and Usnishavijaya. Different environments of this Energy Workout represent the best places for practice : sea side with pure outside elements as in natural health resorts- with pure air and salty water; near the waterfall or at mountains with running brooks. Health resort environment have a lot of negative ions in the air. One can also ionise the air in the temple or practice room using modern equipment. Deep, relaxed breathing in the workout must be connected with harmonious movements. Sea waves, added in Visual Dharma remembers the practitioner on deep, relaxed breathing : inhale and exhale. When one practice at the sea shore one can stand with bare foot on flat rocks or stones. In this way one is more in touch with earth element. Whole workout should be practiced with presence & awareness which is characteristic of any Buddhist meditation, esp. of Atiyoga/Dzogchen. On advanced inner tantric path of Anuyoga one learns to direct the energy into central channel. One learns to work with straight, open channels (tib. tsa), energy (tib. lung) and essences of energy (tib. thigle). To accomplish advanced Anuyoga & Atiyoga levels one should not expect realisation over night : many life times and many years of Dharma practice in this life time are necessary to become completely enlightened . Pure outer elements of health resorts in connection with daily Energy Workout strengthen meditators inner elements, because all outer & inner elements are interconected. We encourage everyone to START WITH DAILY PRACTICE of Chi Kung Energy Workout : it takes only 10 min. in the morning & 10 min in the evening. Practice in peaceful environment without disturbances. It is very recommended to use UNIVERSAL HEALING TONIC together with practice of this Workout. It is made in tradition of empowered medicine (tib. dam dza) and Chu-len: living on herbal essences. If used for prologed period it helps to open the crown chakra through which the Blessings of Buddhas can descend. The best is to practice as VEGETARIAN for the rest of one´s life. BENEFITS of this Workout are immense: strengthening of physical and Energy body, promoting mental peace, concentration, reducing depression or agitation , balancing of all inner elements, regulating blood pressure etc. For Buddhist meditators this workout is of great help on the Path of Enlightenment. WISH-GRANTING PRAYER OF SAMANTABHADRA -part 1
WISH-GRANTING PRAYER OF SAMANTABHADRA -part 1- (Tib. Kunsang Gongpa Zhangtal) is 24. VISUAL DHARMA published for the wellfare of all sentient beings. It was prepared over the period of many years (2002-2005-2008). All Visual Dharmas are empowered with the Sound of Dharmata practice. They contain sacred Buddhist images, symbols and texts . Therefore they must be treated with respect. VISUAL DHARMAS can be embeded on all beneficial sites. Those who embed them must respect Buddhist ethics. General information are given in THE GIFT OF TRUTH. Embeding VISUAL DHARMAS means to perform 1st of 10. Dharmic Activities as taught by the Buddhas -- copying Buddhist scriptures and teachings for free distribution. This means to accumulate merit and consequently Wisdom. Playing VISUAL DHARMAS at your site will bring great positive energy to the place and all who hear/see them . INTRODUCTION : According to our research , study and practice is Wish-granting prayer of Samantabhadra one of the highly respected prayer in all lineages of Nyingma Vajrayana Buddhism. The KEY word is : Zhangtal or Direct transference into the dinamic of Kuntuzangpo/Samantabhadra Adi Buddha. Different authors give different explanation about the meaning of Zhangtal, according to their level of understanding. Some of them are listed in selected bibliography. To have the experience of the Direct transference into the dinamic of Kuntuzangpo one must first obtain Refuge in the Guru-Dewa-Dakini (Three roots), one must keep Buddhist ethical precepts, one must be a Bodhisattva who is working for the wellfare of all beings, one must have transmission of this Prayer from a qualified Buddhist Master. Kunsang Gongpa Zhangtal is part of the Northern Treasure lineage of Nyingma Vajrayana Buddhism . This secret treasure (tib. terma) was discovered by Rigdzin Godem (1337-1408) who is one of three tertön (tresure revealers) kings of ancient Tibet. These old termas (tib. nying-ter) need special attention and continuation of practice in third millenium. The author of Kunsang Gongpa Zhangtal is Buddha Padmasambhava who is one of the lineage holders of Atiyoga/Dzogchen (see Visual Dharma: Teaching about Seven-line Invocation ) . To have experience of Direct transference into the dinamic of Kuntuzangpo one must also have strong faith and devotion to Guru Rinpoche who IS Samantabhadra. The meditator visualises oneself as shining blue Samantabhadra during the recitation of the Prayer. Dzogchen Khenpo Chöga wrote in one of his poems : „You are Samantabhadra and Samantabhadra is nobody else as you..." After the meditator have such confidence (tib. deng) of natural state of Dharmakaya he/she can truly reafirm that Kunsang Gongpa Zhangtal is the most profound Prayer in Buddhist presence and history! Intelectual study of Samantabhadra´s Wish-granting Prayer is important but more important is to regularly practice / recite it with awareness. One will obtain more and more insights and experieneces of the natural state of Dharmakaya. Ignorance (tib.marigpa) will be purified. Benefits of this Buddhist Prayer which contain strong blessing power are immeasurable. As it is said in the colophon : „All sentient beings who will hear it will in three lifetimes realise Enlightenment." With our concepts we often try to limit the blessings of this wonderful Prayer only to human beings. But the Blessing power is not limited at all : animals, hungry ghosts, beings of hell , asuras and gods along with humans will benefit from Samantabhadra´s wish-granting Prayer. As one Buddhist master humoriously said : „You don´t have any chance but to become enlightened." Sooner or later. In the Atiyoga/Dzogchen Teachings and practice there are teachings related to the view, path and result. Kunsang Gongpa Zhangtal contains heart instruction about all of them . First verses introduce the view of Atiyoga. Longer middle part describes six realms of samsara and the potential to develop or awaken five primordial wisdoms. Last verses introduce the result. Therefore is the Wish-granting Prayer of Samantabhadra such perfect and complete prayer. Eight perfection (Skt. paramita) on the gradual path of Bodhisattva is the perfection of prayer, corresponding to the eight level of Bodhisattva (Skt. Arya Bodhisattva, tib. phag-pa, noble or sublime Bodhisattva). If one diligently and devotedly practice perfect Prayer of Samantabhadra along with other seven perfections during one´s lifetime one will become Bodhisattva liberated from samsara .See Visual Dharma: Kunkhyen Longchenpa: Six perfections.
