Interesting that he would target that video, which contains images to which I doubt he has the copyrights or the permissions. Firstly, Nephilimfree, I would like to point you to the Youtube terms of use, paragraph 10.1 section B, which reads: When you upload or post a User Submission to YouTube, you grant: to each user of the Website, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, licence to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Website and under these Terms. Since all the videos mirrored are still on your channel, these rights still stand. However, Nephilimfretard was as much an experiment as it was a mirroring channel. You see, I hypothesised that you were a typical young-earth creationist, ignorant of science and lacking confidence in your videos. Like many other creationists, you censor your comments and block those who disagree with you. I hypothesised that your lack of confidence in your videos ability to stand on their own merit would result in you not being able to stand your videos being left open to the full brunt of uncensored criticism. So I devised a test, I created a mirror channel, and mirrored your videos without any censorship whatsoever. Eventually you would catch wind of it, and I predicted you would try to censor it when you did. Funny then that, only a few days after PCS gets DMCA-happy that I find my other account suspended due to a copyright claim by Nephilimfree. Now what am I going to do about it? Ill tell you, Im not going to do a thing. As I said, the mirror channel was just a little something on the side, not something Im going to reveal my details and go into a legal headache over.
