Today we go to the island of blood sucking creatures and wild ponies, we go camping on Assateague Island. The island of Assateague is a great place for family fun, camping, crabbing, shellfishing, and observing wild life. When you visit the Assateague make sure before you hit the beach or check out the wild ponies you bring your insect repellent because the mosquitos will eat you alive.

Fishing With Rob: Episode 2 - Assateague Island 2001
Episode 2 was filmed on Labor Day weekend 2001 during a fishing/camping trip with my friends Jeremy & Karl on Assateague Island in Maryland. I didn't have much luck this time out. But, Karl caught a Flounder & Jeremy caught a Trout. We all had some success Crabbing. and, the Clams you see us eating near the end were dug up fresh from their beds on the bay side of the island by the three of us.
