There is a small dust-up between Elmendorf, Kyl and Baucus as Max the Tax master tries to defend his scurrilous, behind closed doors activities. In this video Senator Kyl speaks to the issue of some duplicitousness and number fidgeting. This caused the committee to vote on a markup with technical corrections proposed by staff, while the mark was before committee. Not good. Thank God for Sen Jon Kyl.The proposals are baffling to the Senators and the CBO. If they can vote on a bill without even reading them, isn't it time they all get their walking papers.
