This was recorded in L.A. in 1983. This is the only known live performance of this song that features all three songwriters. Bill Champlin (Chicago), David Foster (He's written and produced more hits than anyone) & Jay Graydon (A guitar whiz who appears on many hit records). This All-Star cast also features Tommy Funderburk (A top-notch studio vocal genius), Tamara Champlin (Bill's wife and a very talented vocalist) and Alan Thicke. Alan is most famous for his role on the TV sitcom 'Growing Pains'. It's worth noting that his son, Robin Thicke, is burning up the charts these days. Quite a group of talent on display here. The original version was recorded by Earth, Wind & Fire in 1979 and won several Grammy's. Enjoy!
