My son was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) when he was 2 1/2 years old. Up until that time he was just like any other child. As you will see he met every milestone. He spoke in small sentences, made eye contact, and smiled all the time. When he turned 2 and just after receiving his MMR shot there was a DRASTIC change. He began to lose his skills. I do have a strong belief that vaccines had everything to do with my son's diagnoses. I continue to vaccinate for one reason and one reason only, the diseases we are vaccinating against can be deadly, Ayden's Autism is a life sentence not a death sentence. If you have ever wondered if there are Angels among us, I have the answer for you. YES! They are the ones that work with our children on a daily basis, the Teachers, Aides, Therapists etc... Early Intervention is helping to bring him back. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done for Ayden, and maybe one day they will be as blessed as I am to have them in my son's life!
