NFL: 2007 Pro Football Hall of Fame

Title:
NFL: 2007 Pro Football Hall of Fame

Description:
Some of these men enjoyed the success Super Bowl glory, ...others did not. Some of these men walked away from the game after many years of a long, healthy career, ...others had to be carried off of the field. Some of these men have made good choices throughout their life, ...others have suffered for their foolishness. Through it all, God ALWAYS gets the glory. You wouldn't know it from all of the media coverage, but the NFL can be a lot more spiritual than one might think. This year's class of new members include: Gene Hickerson, Michael Irvin, Bruce Matthews, Charlie Sanders, Thurman Thomas, & Roger Wehrli. If you listen closely, you will hear a few of the many strong Christian statements that several of these former players had to say. PHILIPPIANS 4:11-13 "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." A real man isn't afraid to acknowledge the ultimate supremacy of his Lord and Savior, the Christ, Jesus. Isn't it time that you choose to be on the winning team, as well?
