The box was was transmitted at 0019hrs for a structure fire in the 900 block of Maple Street in Center City. Engines 4, 9, 6, Truck 2, Engine 10 (RIT) and Battalion 2 (Lanshe) responded on the box. When companies arrived at 0022hrs they found fire in a rear room of a grocery store at 952 Hamilton Street. Engine and Truck 60 were first on scene to find moderate smoke coming from a duplex. The seat of the fire was in the kitchen. At the time of the fire nobody was home. There were no injuries reported.
