Baseball Recruiting Video 2008-Kaohu Gaspar

My name is Kaohu Gaspar and I am finishing up my Junior Year at St. Francis High School in Watsonville, Ca. I earned All League Honors for the Santa Cruz Central Coast League while hitting .459 with 2 homeruns and 10 doubles. I played shortstop at St. Francis but I am currently playing 3rd base and Centerfield for my travel team called Arnsenal. We are predominantely made up of 16 & 17 year olds but play up in the 18U division. Last year we won every tournament but 2 including a 3rd place finish out of hundreds at the East Cobb Baseball Tournament in Georgia. Our team only uses wood bats even though most of the tournaments we enter are metal bat tournaments. My older brother was a Junior College All American Centerfielder and played for East Carolina University from 2000-2002. He played 3 years minor league baseball last playing for the Sioux Falls Canaries in the Northern League. I have the potential to be a 5 tool player as I develop my skills at the next level. I would like to play Division 1 baseball and play in the College World Series and believe I can help your team get there.
