August 17th and 18th in horrific Hendersonville, NC. Chronological filming from out of front and back window of severe aerosol and emf (HAARP) attack which destroyed all the rain clouds. A little choppy since there were periods of time between filming. It was obvious that drought inducement was not the ONLY purpose of the heavy attack as it continued on after all the natural clouds were destroyed. Years ago I worked with the mentally disabled, i.e., those who were diagnosed as mentally retarded and I now say without any exaggeration or sarcasm whatsoever that those who were diagnosed with IQ's lower than 70 were more sharp, more inquisitive and more aware than the people in my area. I can speak only for my own area.
