By, Brian Balmages Directed by, Marc Whitlock Discovery Middle School Auditorium Canton, Michigan 7:30pm Mr. Marc Whitlock used to be the Head Band dirtector of the PCEP Bands. However he had to resign due to health complications with his newest family member. But he took up the band position at one of the local middle schools in the district and had done a crazy good job working with these bands.

WIBC 2008 BALMAGES Introduction
Composer, Brian Balmages guest conducted the 4 Western International Band Clinic honor bands during the 2008 Convention held in Seattle, Washington (Nov. 21-24). The bands performed his "Among the Clouds, Summer Resounding, Three Celtic Dances and Waves."
