 | LIRR Bi-levels with GP-38's Smithtown 1991 After the Metra unit didn't work out and the FL-9's were delayed the LIRR used two GP-38's to pull the C-1 bi-level coaches. Usually the 259 &266 were used but the 251 & 269 were able to substitute.
