On July 10 2008 the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association (MSR&LHA) with the Cass Scenic Railroad and the West Virginia Cenral Railroad (Durbin and Greenbrier Valley RR) ran an excursion with Cass's Western Maryland Shay #6. Big Six ran the 1st Steam Powered Trip to Elkins, WV in 30 years. Travel along for the ride up Cass Hill and down the Shaver's Fork of the Cheat River for this historic excursion.
