My first visit to Scotland begins with a sunny, but frosty winter's afternoon in the Village of Alloway and finishes with a bracing a stroll along Ayr beach, with it's fine view of the snow capped mountains of Arran. I was grateful for my warm layer of fur. Brrrrr. Part 9 is about Ben Nevis. 95+ Miles completed and now the big climb. I have been up before and my goal was to beat 7 Hours 20 Minutes. I was up and down in 5 Hours 31 Mins which included half an hour at the top and two other small breaks. I was very happy, but knackered. Just the out takes to put you through now in part 10
