Title:
Phil Coulter ~ Going Home
Description:
Another of Phil's Masterpieces! This time it's his take on Dvořák's Symphony No. 9 in E minor 'From The New World', Op. 95 - II. Largo. Or as some of you might know it, the 1973 Hovis Bread advert backing track. This time around I've added a fe pics of the Scottish Highlands for your pleasure. Enjoy :-D

She has also played the piano for former US president Bill Clinton and back in 2004 she recieved a BA honours degree in music at Queen's University, Belfast. Just goes to show that though blinded she may be, she ... |
![]() | Going Home (Dvorak) - More Native American-style Flute This is the famous melody that was extracted from the 2nd movement of Dvorak's 9th Symphony ("From the New World") and made into a lovely classic song. This video features my trusty Laughing Crow Eastern aromatic cedar flute in the key of D. Notice me wince on that high note - I wasn't sure it was going to come out properly as that's really pushing the range of this particular flute! As always, thanks much for watching & listening.
