Big Bear City Vacation - February 16, 2009 11:00 am President's Day (MONDAY) I think we are stuck in Big Bear. http://bigbearweather.com/ Bens Weather Forecast Updated Mon, Feb 16 @ 08:56 (c) 2008 bensweather.com A winter storm warning remains in effect through midnight tonight (02/16/09) as snow will continue, heavy at times with the snow level lowering to 4,000 feet. Total snowfall accumulations should range in the 1-2 foot category. Gusty SW winds 20-30mph will also accompany this storm with temperatures today falling into the 20s. Travel will be treacherous Monday with occasional blizzard like conditions. Snow will taper off to showers by tonight into Tuesday as low pressure moves out. Wednesday through the weekend, high pressure will build in, bringing fair & dry weather as temperatures climb back to seasonable levels.
