Tarus Clay Scale Model Milling Machines
Description:
New concept Tarus milling machine for milling scale models in a design studio environment. This is our final prototype machine being tested in our assembly factory in Michigan, USA. This machine has 6 motorized axes, 3 for milling, 3 for positioning between milling patches. All are controlled by the CNC. The milling head manually tips and rotates in 30 degree increments and locks in place. Position of tip of cutter and new angles automatically calculated by CNC. Cutter vector is automatically passed to the integrated Tarus CAM system to make tool path generation so easy that even the Sale's Guy can use it. Please contact Tarus if you have any questions.
