For years, my citified friends in Durham, NC have wondered at my claims of going to visit my parents "over the mountain." This 3.5min video shows my climb up and descent from that fabled mountain in May of 2007. The trip begins 20 miles north of Asheville, NC on US Highway 19/23 (Future I-26) and ends in Erwin, TN, my childhood home. Sounds are from the trip. The video was shot with a Sony Ericsson w600i.
