RNs at Cypress Fairbanks Hospital in Houston Texas rallied in support of their bargaining team as hearings began this week to arbitrate remaining contract issues. While the bargaining team has reached tenative agreement on many issues important to nurses, the Board of Inquiry hearing process will ensure CyFair nurses finally get a contract. On the first day of hearings, nurses travel from far and near to show their support for a landmark first RN contract at a private hospital in Texas.
