Down Syndrome Kosova

Description:
The purpose of the so called X 21 Café in Prishitna is to socially integrate all persons affected by the Down Syndrome, by engaging them and giving them work in the café. Guests were going in and out of the X 21 café, where persons affected by the Down Syndrome serve as the main staff of the café One was washing dishes, and another one was serving coffee and other drinks, while all the others were taking care of their guests, who were mostly parents and familiars of the staff. Under the organization of Zero Pozitive Publicis, persons with the Down Syndrome now have a place where they can occupy full time work positions serving as waiters, kitchen staff or other café-related positions. From time to time, the staff will be watched over by parents and members of the Down Syndrome Kosova organization, established one year ago. Driton Bajraktari, CEO of the organization, thanked all attendees of the event
