Rolling over ALS
An incredible couple, Ken & Glenda Patterson, travelled from Orlando to Washington, DC by wheelchair to spread awareness about ALS. I hope no one ever has to do this again because it is a treacherous and exhausting experience for anyone, nevermind the fact that he is suffering with ALS. If you see this video, do something. Make a donation to ALSTDI to help find a cure. If you don't have money, send them a thank you at rolloverals.org because they didn't do this for themselves.

Fun with ALS - MND - Steve Buckley
Yes I have motor neurone disease (mnd or als) & rather than post something morbid & since I wont last much longer I thought I'd put something with a bit of fun. MND is known by different names around the world such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or Motor Neurone Disease (ALS/MND) or even Lou Gehrig's. it's nice for Lou to be remembered like that but with so many names for the same thing it is hard to recognition or funding for research. There is NO CURE & they don't even know how you get it.
