160TCL videos

Here i show you my Boxford 160TCL with 8-Station Turett. It's a retrofitted machine with 3 Geckos G201 an a break-out-board from Sound Logic/Robert Campbell. The lathe works with Mach3, i programmed the GCode by Hand. At the job you can see threading a very small Pitch with 0,5 mm. I hope you enjoy the video. Regards from Germany!

Here you can see the first moves on my retrofited Boxford 160 TCL. Now the lathe have DC-Servos (Minertia) , they work with the UHU Servocontroller. I installed linear bearings and ballsrews at all axis. Now the lathe works exact and very fast. Next i will install cover sheets and limit switches.
