I know, I'm about to say it again. Another fantastic gala weekend hosted by the gang at the Keighley and Worth Valley railway. All engines that were running are featured in this video at some point. Unfortunatly, the star geast LNER 04 failed due to the super heater element and the flues (meaning she wont steam again until after her overhaul) so she only features once whilst running in this video.

A varied medley featuring 63601 on the first day of the Gala commences with the Engineers train at Ingrow West banked by 47279. She then takes the Express through Haworth and finally Double Heads with 90733. Apologies for the quality, I used a hand held Digital Camera only.

for a special Brownies event - you can see and hear a group of them in their red hats as 63601 takes on water. Apparently the event was far more extensive than the railway imagined and the pre-2002 timetable was put into operation with three locos in steam - Black 5 45231, O4 63601 and Standard 2 78019.
