This is an animated music video I made for Weird Al's Albuquerque back in 2006! Made with Adobe Flash. A lot of people have posted it here before but I thought it was about time I uploaded my own version. Please read the description! The original song is about 11 minutes 20 seconds long but youtube has a ten minute limit. In order to get the video to upload I had to cut out some empty bits of the song. Hopefully it won't be too obvious. The song is Albuquerque by Weird Al Yankovic. When I was about half way through making this video I realized how crazy this video is, but at the same time I was already halfway done and if I didn't' finish the video it would be wasted effort. this is me, way back in the day. It's all memorized, I'm not looking at the screen with the lyrics or words taped somewhere. I need to do it again, but I have to figure out something to add.

Investigative report aired in November of 2006. California gang members are migrating to New Mexico to avoid California's famous three-strikes-law. These California gangs recruit young children. Video elements include an actual gang initiation video, a gang member showing me his gun, interviews with young Albuquerque gang members, pictures of young Albuquerque kids posing with guns, and an interview with a local gang expert.

I'm afraid of heights but I still made it up in a Hot Air Balloon in one of the world's premier place to do it Albuquerque, New Mexico. I also drove to Santa Fe and dined liked cowboy royalty.
