I just had to get this up here. It's not made by me! all credit goes to the original owners! It's basically a vid with ammonal aka AN/AL dets. I think it was made by some polish or lithuanian guys. Not sure though. Ammonal is made of ammonium nitrate and aluminium powder in a mix ranging...

I present some of my pictures about making Picric acid, a small batch of Acetone Peroxide and producing Nitric acid by distillation. In the end of the video 42 grams of ammonal was setted off, taped to a tree (and cut it). A zene: Archívum :) Don't pay attention: M80 How to make smoke...

Not done by me but I thought it was interesting...ammonal charge initiated by flash powder... fairly brisant! Could be fairly effective for an improvised tree stump remover mix or reactive target.

Composition: 54% Ammonium Nitrate, 30% DNB-Dinitrobenzene(original composition contains TNT), 16% Aluminium Powder. Detonator: PENT/RDX 1:1 (1g=0036oz), HMTD (0,3g=0,01oz)

Ammonal ratio: 15% Al 85% AN. Buried 4in and detonated with a few grams of DDNP. Also, some extra lead picrate that was laying around for 6 months.

Ammonal blowing

Composition: 76,5% Ammonium Nitrate, 16% Aluminium Powder, 7,5% Trinitrotoluene. Detonator: Miedziankit-Polish explosive material 90% Potassium chlorate, 10% Kerosene (25g=0,9oz), HMTD (1,0g=0036oz)

First in 2009.

100g An/Al 85:15 .5g Ap/An cap 1:1 we almost got the cops called on us for this one so im afraid we wont be coming out with a new video for a few months

12g of powder each in a 2 inch pvc pipe both used a .5g 1:1 apan det. cap. mixtures: 1:4 Apan 85:15 Ammonial (An/Al) The ammonial worked well but the apan was much stronger. you could feel the apan as it went off

Dug ~0.5m deep, detonated using 1.5g PETN and 0.5g tatrAP cap

this is just some grams of ammonal sorrounded by 2.57 grams of Mannitral and initiated by a double salts plastic blasting cap. the camera sound overloaded and didnt make any justice with the great repport the it made. its such a great firecraker that pissed several car alarms. at least the flash is vissible. not a BIG deal i guess.
