Lake Hopatcong, NJ was home to two great amusement parks during the early 1900's. There was Nolan's Point on one end of the lake, and Bertrand Island Park which lay on a small peninsula not far away. You can enjoy the scenes of the Wildcat coaster that are excerpts from Tim Young's "PTC Coaster & Parks" video and from Laura & Martin Kane's "Greetings From Bertrand Island" video. The Magic Kingdom presented the Fantasy in the Sky fireworks to ring in the new year of 2010. The finale features fireworks exploding all around the park.
