Day 4 A - Swellendam to Hermanus We woke up to pouring rain. The hard core cycled the 15km to the Bredasdorp turnoff, the rest portaged. By the time we had all regrouped here, the rain had stopped. Sarah rode with us today and introduced us to an interesting full face helmet. Luckily she did not need it even after having a blow out on a fast descent. We had lunch in Napier, a quick stop in Stanford before racing into Hermanus. At dinner, the spirit of the group was great and there was much laughter. Riding hard, laughing hard, a perfect tour formula.
