Go Behind The Falls!!! A trip I took to Bridal Veil Falls about 4 years ago. Sorry for the shoddy camerawork. Hey this was pre-YouTube days:) Also this is an older camera which isn't the best. I cringe a bit at my voice in this video and also cringe at how many times I say something akin to "Look at all that water" -LOL.

The "Drive Behind" falls on Highway 64 in North Carolina. Rumor was the overhang collapsed and you can no longer drive under the falls. If this is true this is what it would have looked like if you could still drive under the falls.

On February 12, blind climber Erik Weihenmayer scaled frozen Bridal Veil Falls near Telluride, Colorado, which TPL recently helped to reopen for climbing. Also on the climb was Chad Jukes, and Iraq war veteran who lost a leg to an explosive device. It was the blind athlete's second climb celebrating TPL's efforts to protect recreational access in Colorado and nationwide.
