A group of us camped near the Train Station and flew our rc planes, making videos and taking aerial photographs.

Foxcote Manor, 7822, moves forward on to the head shunt and is switched to the loop line to run round the train. 20th May 2006

we start with 9017,5526,3440,6430 and 5643 leaving carrog for deeside, then we have the full cavalcade comin into carrog starting with 9017 duke dog, 5526, 3440 city of truro, 6430, 5643, 5199, 246 morayshire, 1306 mayflower, 44806 (44801) black 5, 6100 royal scot. Then we had an encore and the engines went out and back in at carrog.

After the 11 locomtives had arrived at Carrog, 92 Squadron departs Carrog for Llangollen with an 8 coach express.

During the Steam Steel and Stars gala at the Llangollen railway a visitor was 34081 '92 Squadron' from the NNR. This failed friday morning and didn't run until saturday afternoon, and I got a glimse of it on it's first run on the Llangollen.

A few shots from the footplate of 6100 on a run from Llangollen to Carrog on 24th April 2009. Note this was taken in the video mode of a Fuji Finepix S1000 still camera and not my normal Sony video camera. Quality is therefore not as good as usual.

Precision stuff. Backing 37240 up to the train at Carrog station. You can see the carriages I am coupling onto in the first second of the film and you can also hear me bump up to them at the end.
