Port City Raceway 04-25-09 Feature Race Outlaw Division, Frank Flud #81 finished 2nd in the race without brakes. This race was an exciting one with back and forth changing of position between the top drivers, Frank Flud, Zac Alley, Chris Andrews and Cameron Hagin. There is never a dull moment during a race with these drivers on the track.
