Cheers Season 4, Episode 17: Second Time Around The first appearance of Doctor Lilith Sternin, future ex-wife of Frasier Crane and the one and only Ice Queen. Her appearance is brief and was originally meant to be a bit part for Frasier's arc at the time. They brought her back again with long term implications in the Season 5 episode Abnormal Psychology and she would go on to appear in 90 more episodes of television on three different shows: Cheers, Wings and Frasier....
