We were graciously granted access by SEPTA Transit Police, (it is good to have name dropping connections), to view the collapse from the roof deck of the Circ Center Parking garage. I dont think anyone else in Philadelphia had a better non obstructed view than we did. We were parked right next to KYW and CBS camera crews. This was clearly front row seating of the first degree ...
