I've started some more Sonic Adventure retexturing projects on the HKT-01 Sega Dreamcast Development Box. By using the development box, I wouldn't have to burn multiple CD-Rs to test on a retail unit. The tools used for unpacking and repacking the .PRS & .PVM files were PRS Compressor, PRS Decompressor, and PVM Unpacker, all by Nemesis. On a beautiful North Florida Sunday afternoon The Road to Hollywood returned for the second year to Historic Downtown Panama City for the seventh edition of Miss Emerald Coast USA and Teen USA. The Martin Theater in its regal charm entertained the eight Miss USA and six Miss Teen USA contestants. An enthusiastic audience greeted the ladies as they hit the stage in either red (USA) or white (Teen USA) cocktail dresses. After self introductions the pageant was on!
