*watch in high quality* Atlas GP38 - CSX 2064. This unit is in the "YG" scheme basicly the gray scheme with yellow nose for better visability at grade crossings. This has QSI in it, the sound is the correct EMD 645E non-turbo with transition. I custom wheathered it and changed some things to make it more prototypical.

well this was one of the days where finally you manage to get some good action but you manage to screw up your equipment. i though i had brough everything but i tured out i was missing the mount to my tripod! so i had to place the camera on a wall, came out decent but this wouldve been a really good video if i had the tripod (and if there was less wind) The former SCL geep put on a good show though with plenty of noise from its non turbocharged 645 and Leslie RS5T with the PSI turned up!...

Goderich and Exeter 4001, a GP9u with good sounding horns, is at the harbor in Goderich Ontario and is about to tackle the 4% grade up to the yard. Several trips are needed to get all the cars up because of the steep grade. 10-01-2004

After the Metra unit didn't work out and the FL-9's were delayed the LIRR used two GP-38's to pull the C-1 bi-level coaches. Usually the 259 &266 were used but the 251 & 269 were able to substitute. The couplers were changed on the engines and Alco FA powerpack #608 was cut up and transformed into #3100 seen on the west end of this train. This car (3100) supplied the HEP power for the coaches. CSX parked this unit the weekend of July 14 at Cherryville, NC near the old depot. This gave people from the Cherryville Model Railroad Club and Museum plenty of time to look it over.

H49 makes his way to Turkey path to drop off a cut of cars, listen to that old RS3L, still in good shape

This train just left the NS yard with 3 amfleet cars that got brand new train wheels put on them. Shiny new wheels made of fresh steel. The leading unit is GP15D #578 the unit on the rear is the GP38 # 721. The train heads back to the NS yards with yet another amfleet car with rusty old train wheels that also need to be replaced. The GP38 is leading this time and notice the sweet RS3L horn it has. The same GP15D is on the rear this time. Enjoy

November 14, 2008: NICE LESLIE RS3L! A lightning stripe Delaware and Hudson GP38-2 7304 leads CP SD40-2's 6073 and 5948 in full-tilt on the NS Harrisburg Line at the dead of night. Canadian Pacific trackage right trains on the Harrisburg Line were inherited from the D&H take over, and now in 2008 a former D&H in the comemorative lighting stripe scheme pulls of a train of stacks and freight! The Norfolk Southern ID for this train is 31J.
