I decided to give people more details of my story. I have three grandson's from my daughter. She got involved with a man that was abusive verbally and physically. I was made aware of this by my grandson.My daughter came to my house with her 3 boys and asked if she could spend the night. She told me she was arguing with her boyfriend. I told her she could. Later that evening my grandson asked me why his mom hits her boyfriend and why does he push her on the couch. I asked my daughter about what had happen and she told me it was true. I was very upset and told her that her son had been through enough with his heeart condition he doesn't need to see this happening. A couple days later my grandson spent the night and woke up having a nightmare. He never had nightmares in the four years he had spent the night.I told my daughter about his nightmare. She came to pick him up later the next day and my Grandson started screaming and crying. He didn't want to go home. My daughter really got mad and said this is bullshit him acting like this. She told me she was going to put a stop to it. I never realized what she would do. A few days went by and she called me at around 2:00 am and told me my grandson told her his papa touched his peepee. I knew she was lying and when I started asking her questions I caught her in several lies. I called her back with a list of questions I had wrote down. I taped the conversation.I caught her lying over and over. This was her way of keeping me from seeing my grandson's and them telling me about the abuse going on in the home. I filed for grandparent's visitation. I was denied because my daughter had filed a police report sexual assault. No one came and talked to us about the report filed and when I was denied visitation that's how I found out. My daughter used it to object to my visits. I was told by the detective no one was charged so they didn't have to tell us. The boys father had a protection order against him for threats he had mad to kill the boys. The father had supervised visitation only ordered because of threats he made against the boys to kill them and me. The new boyfriend had a protection order against him and domestic violence charges against my daughter.All this abuse between the mother, father and new boyfriend. I was denied vistation because of false accusations my daughter made. Since I was denied my daughter said she shouldn't have jumped to conclusions and told the grandfather she shouldn't have listened to her boyfriend.She moved in with us when she finally got tired of the abuse she was going through with her boys. She wrote a letter saying all the abuse going on over the year. She let the boys spend the night and had us babysit again. I had a disagreement with her and now she won't let me see my grandson's and she's saying what happen with the sexual assault was true. Tell me would you bring your child around someone if you thought they sexual assaulted your child? I was never given ahearing from the courts when I was denied. I am applying again and this time I'm requesting a hearing.Often, one of the most damaging effects of a difficult, highly contested divorce is parental alienation. The issue is extremely complex and difficult to assess -- especially initially. For pre-school age or younger children, the harmful effects of parental alienation may not be apparent for several years.The issue affects not only the parents in a divorce, but grandparents and other "extended family" members as well. Too often, the precious bonds that a child has developed with his or her grandparents, aunts, uncles, step brothers and step sisters are battered or broken due to the selfish, ugliness a parent exhibits to get back at the other spouse. Grandparent custody and grandparent visitation have become common concerns. The courts recognize with increasing frequency the importance of the grandparent relationship. In a parental alienation situation when one parent uses tactics of hostility with a child, the dynamics of custody changes. A new custody evaluation may be in the best future interests of the child. Enlisting the legal advice of an expert can help a parent with an alienated child evaluate their options and pursue the proper course of action.children deserve to grow up in a psychologically healthy relationship with their parents and grandparents.

It's a good collage. I grew up going to that mall. I used to go there all the time. We stopped going there in 2002. Because I went with my grandparents and there was a gun shot went off inside river oaks mall food court. My grandparent told me we have to get out this mall. They told me we are not going back there. Well about 5 years later in December 2007. I went with my friend Sasha, and Jeff. It wasn't all that bad anymore. I missed visiting that place. I told my mom it changed. Please read below for the update as of Monday November 10th 2008. Dear Law Change Supporters, We did it!!! Mr. McGuinty called me this morning and told me that both Laws are being introduced into the legislature on Tuesday! I could not believe my ears and wept with Mr. McGuinty on the phone. If these bills are passed Ontario will be the safest jurisdiction for Young Drivers in the world. Your support has been fantastic and now is the time we really need to continue to add to the petition so these bills are passed and law. Forwarding the video for Tyler's song below will certainly assist as this video is one that will hit home with any parent, grandparent or caregiver of a youth about to drive or driving in their early years of having their license. Here is a recap of other accomplishments since our last update: We are at 6400 names and growing on our Law Change Petition! Interviews with CTV and CBC television. An interview by the Toronto Police department which will be on a DVD given to 250,000 persons in this holiday season's R.I.D.E. program. Written an article for Whatever Magazine. Local artist Zabeth Dkos has written a song which could easily describe Tyler, or many other youth, (Young and Invincible, "Tyler's Song"). There is a video attached to this also by Zabeth. As much as it pains me to watch this video it is a beautiful song and video that will hit home with almost anyone in regard to the vulnerability of our youth when it comes to alcohol, speed and operating a motor vehicle. Please watch this video and forward it to anyone who can affect children ages 14-22, as watching this video alone may prevent poor judgment when driving. As both Young Driver Law Changes are about to be put forth it is imperative that we get as many hard copy and online petition signatures as possible. Doing so at this time is crucial so that Momentum remains powerful as the new legislation is introduced. The more signatures, the better chance that the new legislation will be passed and the safer our roads and youth become.
