Pastor Ruth of Smile Africa Ministries reaches out to the Karamojong Tribe of Tororo Uganda. These people are among the extremely poor. Hope4kidsinternational partnered with Smile Africa as they distributed clothing, showed the Jesus Film and fed the people.

Hope4kidsinternational.org went to Uganda for an outreach to the widows and Karamojong children. We taught classes to women we are starting in businesses-classes were in crocheting/knitting;business;reading;Bible; health;dealing with grief and more.
