BEIRUT, Lebanon: Tens of thousands of Lebanese expatriates flew back to Lebanon to vote in the country's parliamentary election. Lebanon is one of the few country's in the world that does not offer absentee or overseas voting. But as Al Jazeera Correspondent Todd Baer reports, there are accusations that most people had their plane tickets paid for the campaigns.
