Cops came and surrounded everyone at 24th and Geneva in front of Tech Terrace Park. The cops told everyone (about 1100 people) to get out of the street and get up on the sidewalk and go into the park. One guy was slow to comply and the cops told him to move it. The guy on his bike argued saying that if you're on a bike it's the law to be on the street. So the cop started writing him a ticket (for what I don't know). Reba McEntire & Cactus Cuties wish Lubbock, Texas Happy Birthday from the 15th annual Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night in Phoenix Arizona. They shared the stage with such notable artists as Jon Bon Jovi and Michael Johns among others. This is a special message that was sent back to be aired at the Lubbock, Texas Centennial Celebration Closing Concert hosted by Mac Davis.
