"Justin Bieber" was supposed to be sponsering the store "Justice", but never showed up because of the massive amounts of fans rioting. Many girls were there since the AM, some cut school, and others came pretty late. The mall was packed with anxious girls, awaiting to meet Justin, and in the long run he was never able to reach us.
