Mallard was the name of a band featuring ex-members of Captain Beefheart's Magic Band. Arizona @ Oregon - October 2000. On a simple punt return, Oregon LB Wesly Mallard made 50000 people simultaneously shout "oooooohhhhhh!" in shock at what they saw. Arizona CB Michael Jolivette was sent flying, as his helmet went in three directions simultaneously, chunks went flying.
