This is Darrens first 6 wk training cycle since the end football season. During football season he just did maintenance lifting. Dad is getting a bit nervous as the weights go up and said he got a bit close and bumped Darren which actually threw Darren off a bit. Next time dad says there will be three people spotting to be safe.

This summer Darren has worked more on speed, agility, and change of direction. However, he set a goal to squat 600 lbs. by he end of the summer before two-a-day practice started. Here are the results. Notice he breaks the plane! WOW!
