The - surprisingly nice - Staley elevator at the North Shore LIJ professional building on Austin St. The building is a few decades old but the elevator looks like it was put in yesterday! Very well maintained. Brand: Staley Installed: No idea. Late 1970's perhaps? Machine: Traction Floors Served: B, *L, 2, 3, 4, 5 (6) Fixtures: GAL Jet Plus Fear/DT Index: Zero. It is an excellent elevator, no weird noises, bad leveling, or controller malfunctions.
