I don't actually know any Proto-Germanic. It's the hypothetical proto-language or collection of very closely related dialects from which all the modern Germanic languages ultimately descended, in cluding English, and all other dead and living Germanic languages. For people who know a little bit of German, English or some other Germanic languages, will be able to understand this language somewhat. This is the transcript of tbe text.
