San Marcos is a city located in the northern portion of San Diego County, California, USA. It is best known as the home of California State University, San Marcos.

An awsome place where you can see the river, watch the kayakers practice, and watch the old men fall in the water. lol Be sure to watch the old guy in blue as he tries to get his footing.I didn't realise till I watched the video that he actualy fell in, I initialy thought he jumped in.

Great place to ride your tube, kyac, or body in ice cold water.
