It is mainly about the personality of Napoleon Zervas his relation with the communistic resistance organisation EAM - ELAS and the Tsamides, the Islamised Greeks of the 15 century who lives in Thesprotia and have today Albanian identity. Napoleon Zervas was the leader of he right hand resistance organisation EDES while Aris Velouxiotis was the leader of the communist analogous , the EAM-ELAS. The Chams /Tsams or Tsamides, collaborated with the Germans and are officially responsible for the massacre of Paramythia a village in Thesprotia, Epirus in Western Greece. Nevertheless, the Administration of the 10th Division of the EDES-Napoleon. Zervas communicate with the Chams on the 30 June 1944, giving a notice saying among others: "Despite shooting of 49 eminent residents of Paramythia and other operations and executions and treason form Muslim component, the Division is demonstrating activities in a conciliatory mood. The Muslim population of the city already enjoys the freedom and protection of life, honour and property. Nevertheless we received today a German attack assisted by the Tourkalbanians (The Chams) As a mean of reconciliation we reassure the Tourkalbanians that we have friendly intentions and asking them to give in their weapon . EAM ELAS wanted to restore the Chams, a suggestion that finds the opposition from the Communists of Thesprotia, as they had tasted the horrors of the Chams. The issue of the Chams have been condemned by the Greek justice and the international community. Napoleon Zervas is accused for his collaboration with the British and even with the Germans. Besides the resistance activities, Zervas was fighting the establishment of a communistic regime in Greece. The communist party was under the instructions of the Russian regime, and had already pioneered in the creation of a Macedonian state in South Yugoslavian with the help of Tito. Later on the communists will organize a mass Child abduction from the people of Macedonia in Greece taking by force approx. 28.000 children from their families and send them in other communistic countries. If the Communists hadnt been stopped Greece from the II WW and onwards Greece should have become another East Block country under the Russian Communistic regime.

Preveza (Greek: Πρεβεζα) is one of the prefectures of Greece. It is within the Epirus periphery. Its capital is the city Preveza. It was one of the prefectures that had any provinces. the only province is known as Nikopoli and Parga, Preveza is a non-provincial city. Parga (Greek: Πάργα), is a town and a municipality located in the northwestern part of Preveza in northwestern Greece being surrounded entirely by the prefecture of Thesprotia and is the only municipality in Greece that is surrounded by another prefecture. It is located about 40 km S of Igoumenitsa, SW of Ioannina, 65 km NW of Preveza, 90 km W of Arta and about 50 km NW of Vonitsa and about 60 km NE of Lefkada. The settlement dates back to ancient times and was called Ypargos.
