The Wayzata High School Dance Team performed their routine to "One Night Only" from the Dreamgirls Motion Picture Soundtrack. They placed second in division AAA at the Minnesota State Dance Tournament. The event was held at the Excel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

A brief film that parallels the two state championship games that Wayzata has won in the past four years. It is then followed by highlights of the players that will be returning for the 2009 campaign. Go Trojans! This was the highlight film that was shown at the beginning of the Spring meeting for the parents and players that were anticipating the 2009 Wayzata football season.

We (Melanie, Peggy and Dave) chased this tornadic supercell from birth as it moved into the West metro area of Minneapolis, MN. We were under the meso following the storm East as a large funnel developed. Shortly before it touched down we had to back track 5 miles due to a road closure. There were a couple touchdowns that unfortunately did some damage in the area but luckily no one was injured. The night ended with an incredible lightning show!

Sixteen vintage boats were shown along Lake St. in Wayzata despite some rain. The name of each boat and some information about each were announced as they passed the onlookers. The parade marks the kick off of a summer-long exhibit of the boats at the Wayzata Bay Center, which opens May 30.

Its pretty hard to do transitions while linked and keeping your lines as straight as theirs. Its nice to see them as a universal team again. :)

Mr. Wayzata is a talent show in which ten guys are voted by the senior ladies to compete in a contest of formal wear, Q & A, and a talent to be performed in front of the student body and teacher judges.
