This is an animated music video I made for Weird Al's Albuquerque back in 2006! Made with Adobe Flash. A lot of people have posted it here before but I thought it was about time I uploaded my own version. Please read the description! The original song is about 11 minutes 20 seconds long but youtube has a ten minute limit. In order to get the video to upload I had to cut out some empty bits of the song. Hopefully it won't be too obvious. The song is Albuquerque by Weird Al Yankovic. When I was about half way through making this video I realized how crazy this video is, but at the same time I was already halfway done and if I didn't' finish the video it would be wasted effort. this is me, way back in the day. It's all memorized, I'm not looking at the screen with the lyrics or words taped somewhere. I need to do it again, but I have to figure out something to add.

BEES take flight at the BALLOON FIESTA ALBUQUERQUE NEW MEXICO 2006!

This video shows our liftoff from the launch field at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. We were one of about 300 standard shaped ballons taking off more or less simultaneously. We were at the front of the crowded pack. We were headed for the main Fiesta field to participate in a skills contest.

Set up is in full swing for the 2008 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. The field is marked off,tents are up and the crews are working day and night. But, the event's success often depends on the weather...and something called " THe Albuquerque Box " First Alert Meteorologist AJ Smith explains what that is...and why it's so important.

Key Grab day always falls on a Friday at the Albuquerque International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. This year, 2006, it fell on Friday the 13th, which might have had something to do with the contents of this video.
